El Santo, charity fundraising dinner for Canucks Autism Network {Events}

El Santo Canucks Autism Network

When you fall in love with a restaurant, you follow their journey. You get to know their history, their story and support them. One restaurant I have absolutely fallen in love with is El Santo, a Mexican restaurant that opened it doors just under a year ago. I attended an event at this New West hot spot where they easily served 50 of us promptly, warmly and left us with full satisfied bellies. Since then, I have been hooked. I even went back for my birthday dinner, determined to relive the delicious food I had sampled a few months ago.

It’s hard to not fall in love with this location, the decor is warm and modern with just the right amount of “fresh” feeling, the booths are my favourite, they are big and roomy, roomy enough to squeeze the entire family in and enjoy a night out.

During my first visit, I didn’t get much of a chance to chat with the owner Alejandro, in fact I didn’t even know he was around until someone had pointed him out  – he was running around making sure everything was running smoothly, laughing and greeting everyone. He had such pride in what he had created and it’s easy to see why!

Now Alejandro is using his successful business to give back, El Santo will be hosting a fundraiser on October 2nd with proceeds directly benefitting the Canucks Autism Network. This evening promises to be elegant and consists of live music and entertainment, a five-course dinner with drink pairings, both silent and live auctions and the opportunity to meet and socialize with other supporters within the Autism network.

Your ticket includes a delicious modern Mexican meal, paired drinks, amazing live entertainment but most importantly, the chance to socialize and connect with other supports within the Autism Network.

Having already sampled the delicious food at this hot spot, I am eager to see what courses he has planned for this event. I can assure you, you won’t want to miss out! Grab your tickets and make a wonderful date night out, all while giving back to a very deserving charity.
