Fuller House Exclusive? You got it dude! #StreamTeam

Fuller House

Hey Tannerino Fans! Netflix is about to blow all of our 90’s loving minds folks. I have been on the edge of my seat since the first mention of a Full House reboot, and with ONE DAY (or like 12 hours, but who’s counting) before the first season hits Netflix; it’s finally happening! As a stream team member, I was granted exclusive access to the first 6 episodes to share my thoughts, my loves and how this show is about to bring me back to my childhood, are you ready to join the Tanner’s Fullers on a new adventure?

Full House was hands down, one of the shows I never missed growing up. There was a ritual on weeknights, and it usually involved dinner and curling up on the couch to laugh along with the Tanner’s. Looking back on that time it’s easy to see why we loved this family so much, from their deeply planted family values to their everyday family craziness challenges – they really connected with just about everyone who welcomed them into their home!

While I can’t share any spoilers details on the first 6 episodes, I don’t want to ruin the surprise afterall –  I can share that this is a binge-worthy, heart warming reboot of my favvvvvourite sitcom! This isn’t the 90’s Full House you likely remember, though there are some fun flashbacks to remind you of seasons past. On February 26, 2016 you’ll be welcoming back much of the original crew from Candace Cameron Bure, Jodie Sweetin, Andrea Barber, John Stamos, Bob Saget, and of course Dave Coulier as well as a few supporting returning actors and actresses as they tackle new challenges, kids and LIFE. Can anyone else relate?

What I enjoyed most about the first 6 episodes was the fact that they have modernized the show; touching on challenges that every families face from device control, blending families and loss of a loved one. Throughout each episode I found myself immersed in reacquainting myself with a family that I had forgotten so much about! You’ll hear many of our favourite tag lines from the cast that still – 29 years later – make me laugh. And yes, the Gibbler is just as Gibblery as you remember, and it’s fabulous! I challenge you to play count the Gibbler purses throughout the first season and pick your favourite, they had me laughing pretty hard.

We’re pretty stoked to share a Stream Team exclusive with you, DJ, Stephanie and Kimmy dish on how they are adjusting to their new grown-up roles, and of course sharing their favourite Netflix night-in as well as a few exclusive sneak-peaks at the new season. Gotta say, as DJ put’s it – it’s pretty rad!

We have family TV time that generally includes all of our pillows on the couch and the fluffiest blankets we can find, a big giant bowl of popcorn and some sweet treats after dinner and we love that Netflix offers something for all of us! Alivia has her requests, gummy candies and a bowl of her very own popcorn, and I am usually diving into the reese’s peanut butter cups while dad demolishes the rest of the popcorn. We love taking this time to curl up as a family, laugh and snuggle. Curious what you can watch as a family?  Your favorite Fuller House characters are getting their very own Netflix “collections” to celebrate the show launch.
