The Vancouver Boat Show is gearing up for their 54th Annual show. Yes, I know it’s only January, and some of you may think it’s too early to get excited for all things nautical. But here on the southern West Coast we are pretty blessed to have the ocean at our feet, an abundance of lakes near by, and weather mild enough that you could potentially go boating all year round. And whether you are a boating enthusiast or just boat curious, the Vancouver Boat Show is the place to be to have any and all questions answered, go on a free boat ride, and even learn about sport fishing in BC. It is, after all, the largest boat show of its kind in Western Canada.
With two locations to serve attendees, there is an Indoor Show at BC Place and a Floating Show at Granville Island, which is worth a visit anyway, and there is free shuttle bus and water ferry service between the two locations. To maximize your visit, it is recommended that you begin your tour on Granville Island as the Floating Show closes at 5 pm.
