I have some pretty amazing memories of seeing the Monster Trucks when I was kid, there was nothing like the super loud REVVVVING of the engines, watching these oversized, colourful trucks CRUSH their competition. I was even so lucky to go down and see the trucks more than once! When I heard Monster Jam was barreling into Vancouver, I knew it would be on our “must-see” list with Alivia, and sure enough… when I asked her dad if he was interested he couldn’t contain his excitement. With 14 trucks taking over BC Place Stadium, including eight trucks making their Vancouver debut appearances, there is no shortage of eye-popping excitement!
Vancouver motor sports fans start getting revved up for the ultimate dirt-flying action as Monster Jam® returns to BC Place Stadium in Vancouver, BC with FOURTEEN massive trucks (including eight trucks making Vancouver debut appearances) – more total trucks than ever before in Vancouver, battling it out during one action-packed event on Saturday, February 27th.
Fans will witness an explosive event of demolition, speed, power, and unbelievable stunts with the world’s best monster trucks and drivers whose skills provide an awesome spectacle of “rock-and-roar” that will bring fans to their feet cheering for more! This year’s truck lineup is highlighted by the Vancouver first time appearance of Monster Jam icon and Grave Digger® driving legend Dennis Anderson plus other World Finals Champion powerhouses Max-D®, Metal Mulisha, El Toro Loco® and Captain’s Curse®.
Making their Vancouver debut truck appearances will be the all-new 2016 season truck Gas Monkey Garage® (inspired by the hit Discovery Channel TV show “Fast N’ Loud”) along with World Champion Madusa (driven by Monster Jam’s first female driver) plus El DiabloSM, Fox Sports 1TM Cleatus, Doomsday, Wild Flower, Enforcer and Survivor! * Truck line up subject to change.
In addition to the world-class racing and freestyle competition action, die-hard fans can come to the stadium early to enjoy the Party in the Pits pre-show experience – which gives fans unparalleled access to view their favorite trucks up-close, meet the star drivers for autographs, and take photos!
