Be still my Gilmore Girls loving heart… it’s finally happening! If you grew up loving Rory and her quirky mom, you’ve probably been waiting slightly impatiently for this release date to drop – and we’re right alongside with you!
I think most of us who have been long term Gilmore Girls fans were a little bit sad when the show “ended”, perhaps we didn’t feel like there was enough closure, we wanted one more heart tugging, tearful crying episode and yet… there was none. Gone are the days of a weekly episode, now we cling to a little bit of binging every so often on Netflix to get a bit more of our Lorelai & Rory fix… or maybe in my case, a little bit of Luke. But who’s judging!
Netflix heard our (my?) pleas! If you’ve been waiting for a release date as eagerly as I have you’ll be happy to know that Gilmore Girls: A Year In The Life will launch everywhere that Netflix is available Friday, November 25 at 12:01am PT. Whether you plan to take in one episode at a time and favour it, or binge watch the entire 6 hour series… It’s been a long almost 10 years leading up to this special and I hope you enjoy it as much as we plan to.
