Happy Grandparents Day!
National Grandparents Day in Canada began in 1995. It is celebrated on the second Sunday in September where our neighbours to the south celebrate it on the first Sunday after Labour Day.
Nothing beats a grandparent memory, sneaking cookies and sleep overs, being loaded up on sugar and being sent home, listening to stories about “back in the day”.. we all remember our grandparents houses. We at British Columbia Mom are so grateful for the grandparents our kids have, who show them unconditional love, make them laugh and giggle and leave a lasting memory on our children.
