Hats Off Day is an incredibly fun tradition in our family! We have been attending annually for the past 5 years – even before we had Alivia. With a fun filled day of parades, food samplings, kids zone and the Family Fun Dash, it’s guaranteed to be an amazing time for adults and kids alike. We live in such an close-knit community, the businesses in The Heights appreciate each and every person who supports shopping locally and keeping our community beautiful and diverse. Every year they throw pretty spectacular street party to say THANKS (and take their hats off) to each and every one of you. With the addition of the 550 metre dash down Hastings Street before the parade, it’s the perfect start to the morning for kids, stretching those legs and promoting activity, family and fun!
Do you have a child in elementary school who’d love to tackle the Family Fun Dash? Get those laces tied and get ready for this fun 3rd annual sprint down Hastings Street!
