Eczema is something I’m no stranger to. With severely sensitive skin stemming back from my childhood there was one thing I had hoped and prayed A would not inherit – and unfortunately she didn’t escape this one. Sensitive skin is a never ending battle for many people. From perfumes and dyes, additives and fillers, we can react to even the smallest thing in anything that touches our skin. For many.. it can cause extreme reactions that feel like a never ending cycle.
A was diagnosed with Eczema very early on when her diaper rashes would go from zero to extremely flared up overnight. She would have dry and scaly patches around her tush, on her legs and most noticeably would be spots on her face that would come and go, often times irritating her enough that she would scratch them and make them worse. We have tried just about every cream under the sun to control them, and still find it a challenge.
