Ask any child what their favourite holiday movie and story is and chances are a lot of them will tell you “The Polar Express” and it’s easy to see why. Mixing whimsical story with a heartfelt message of love and acceptance it’s a hit with all ages – myself included! As Christmas creeps closer and closer (seriously, it’s close!) we find ourselves curled up often to watch this family favourite.

Collect your golden ticket at the ticket booth and board the magical train to visit the North Pole on this 40 minute train ride. Make sure to wear your pajamas and curl up with complimentary hot chocolate and a chocolate chip cookie(just like the movie), enjoy Christmas carols, visits from special recognizable characters from the movie and get ready to meet Mr & Mrs Claus at the North Pole.
Once you disembark at the North Pole make sure to head over to decorate a gingerbread cookie, write your letter to Mr. Claus himself, stop by the Elf’s workshop to make yourself a wooden train to take home – you’ll also be able to visit the cab of the Royal Hudson 2860, take a ride on the mini rail or view and operate a massive model railway display. This event is sure to delight not only those with a love for Christmas, but it’s a win for anyone who loves trains!
